Shipping policy
Free Pickup @ 18 Stafford St:
We offer a free pickup option for all orders. Orders can be picked up at 18 Stafford St (Toronto Ontario) via curbside pickup, and are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with instructions on arranging a pickup time/date.
Canada Shipping:
- $15 flat rate shipping on all orders
- Free shipping on orders over $100, discount automatically applied at checkout

All orders are shipped out within 3 business days of the order being placed, and are fulfilled via Canada Post. Delivery dates will vary based on region, however on average, most orders will arrive within 2-8 business days of being shipped.
Global Shipping:
- Global shipping is available with rates automatically calculated at checkout, and are based on the order weight and distance to ship

General Shipping Policies:
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Nest & Nutmeg is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Nest & Nutmeg to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup by yourself. If you fail to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
Once an item is given to the courier, it is out of our control unfortunately. We ensure we pack each item as safely as possible and always label the packages as "fragile". If the item breaks or there are damages, you will need to file a customer service ticket with the postal service to ensure you recieve a refund.
